3. No ticket sales – ticketing partners
Three Kings Touring does not sell tickets directly via this website.
When you click a Tickets link from our site you are taken to a thirdparty ticketing platform (for example Ticketek, Ticketmaster, Oztix, Moshtix or a venue box office) and your purchase will be subject to that company’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for:
• the content, accuracy or availability of any thirdparty ticketing or venue websites
• any fees, charges, sales, refunds, cancellations or delivery issues handled by those third parties
Any questions about your ticket purchase, delivery, refunds, exchanges or payment details should be directed to the relevant ticketing provider.
4. Changes, cancellations and reschedules
Event details, including dates, venues, lineups and start times, are subject to change.
If an event is changed, rescheduled or cancelled, the ticketing provider will usually contact affected customers directly using the details supplied at the time of purchase, and any refunds or exchanges will be managed under that provider’s terms and applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Kings is not liable for any loss, costs or expenses you incur because of event changes, reschedules or cancellations, beyond any obligations we may have under consumer law.
