FAQs

general

01

Who is Three Kings Touring?

Three Kings Touring is an Australian based promoter dedicated to bringing world class artists and memorable live shows to audiences across Australia and New Zealand.

02

Are you a ticketing company?

No. We promote the tours and events, but tickets are sold and managed by the authorised ticketing partner listed on each event page (for example Ticketek, Ticketmaster, Oztix, Moshtix or a venue box office).

03

Where do I find details for a specific show?

Head to the Current Tours or Events section and select the show you’re interested in for dates, venues, ticket links and key info.

tickets & presales

01

How do I buy tickets?

Always start at www.threekingstouring.com.au, click through to the event you want, and use the official Ticket link on that page. That link takes you to the only outlet we recommend for that show.

02

Can I buy tickets directly from Three Kings touring?

No. Three Kings Touring doesn’t sell tickets via our office, email or social media. All ticket purchases, payment issues and order changes go through the ticketing partner for that event.

03

How do presales work?

Some tours offer presales (for example artist, Spotify or mailinglist presales) that give early access to a portion of tickets before the general onsale. Not every seat is offered in a presale, and more tickets are normally released when the general onsale opens.

04

I missed out in the presale – did I miss the best seats?

Not automatically. Different allocations are held for different onsale phases, so it’s worth trying again when the general onsale begins.

05

How can I access a three kings touring presale?

When a presale is available, we’ll explain how it works on the individual tour page and share details via our mailing list and our social channels at @threekingstouring.

06

Is it safe to buy from resale or unofficial ticket sites?

We strongly recommend buying only from the official ticketing partner we link to on our site. Tickets bought from unofficial resale or marketplace sites may be overpriced, cancelled or invalid, and we’re usually unable to assist if something goes wrong.

06

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?

Some shows have ticket limits to keep things fair. If a limit applies, it will be clearly displayed on the ticketing page and enforced by the ticketing partner.

receiving & Managing tickets

01

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are delivered and managed entirely by the ticketing partner. Log in to your ticketing account and check your order history first; if something still looks off, contact their customer support team using the details on their website or in your confirmation email.

02

What ticket delivery options are available?

Delivery options (for example mobile tickets in an app, eTickets, box office collection or post) depend on the venue and ticketing partner and are shown during checkout for each event.

03

I haven’t received my tickets – what should I do?

Start by checking your email (including spam/junk folders) and your ticketing account. If the event is getting close and you still can’t see your tickets, reach out directly to the ticketing partner’s customer service with your order details.

04

Can I change the name on my ticket or update my details?

Any changes to names, email addresses or other account details are handled by the ticketing partner under their own policies. Check their help section or contact them to see what’s possible.

05

Can I swap my tickets to a different show or date?

In most cases, once tickets are purchased they can’t be transferred to another date or show unless the ticketing partner specifically offers that option or local laws require it.

06

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Tickets should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen tickets are not always able to be replaced or refunded, but your ticketing partner is the best point of contact to see what they can do in your situation.

Refunds, Cancellations & Reschedules

01

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All refund requests go through the ticketing partner and are handled under their terms and conditions and any applicable laws. Generally, refunds are only available if an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled.

02

The show has been cancelled – what happens now?

If a show is cancelled, the ticketing partner will email affected customers with next steps and will process eligible refunds directly. Three Kings Touring doesn’t process payments and can’t issue refunds from our office.

03

The show has been rescheduled and I can’t make the new date – what are my options?

When a show is rescheduled, your ticketing partner will outline available options, which may include keeping your tickets for the new date or requesting a refund within a set timeframe. Check their email carefully and contact them if you have questions.

vip & upgrades

01

Do you offer VIP or upgraded experiences?

Some tours include VIP or upgrade options such as early entry, premium viewing areas or exclusive merchandise. When available, they’re clearly listed on the event page with inclusions and pricing.

02

How do I buy a VIP package?

Use the same official ticket link as for regular tickets and look for options labelled “VIP”, “Package” or “Upgrade” on the ticketing page.

03

Does a VIP package include a ticket to the show?

Many packages do, but not all. Always read the description closely – if a ticket is not included, it will be clearly stated and you’ll need to hold a valid show ticket as well.

04

Who do I contact with questions about my VIP package?

Your confirmation email will show who’s handling your VIP booking (the ticketing partner or a specialist provider). They’re the best people to contact for inclusions, checkin times or any changes.

Event Information

01

What time do doors open and what are the set times?

Once confirmed, door times will appear on the event or ticketing page. Detailed set times often go up closer to show day and may change, so check back on the day of the show or keep an eye on venue and Three Kings socials.

02

Is there an age restriction for the show?

Age restrictions are set by the venue and event (for example 18+, all ages or all ages with licensed areas). You’ll find this information on the event and ticketing pages for each show.

03

Is there an allages or under 18s area?

If an event has a dedicated allages or under18s area, it will be noted on the event page and/or by the venue. Some shows are strictly 18+ due to licensing.

04

Can I bring a bag, camera or other items?

Each venue has its own conditions of entry covering bag sizes, cameras, vaping, and other items. Check the venue’s website for the most accurate information before you head to the show.

ACCESSibility

01

How do I buy accessible tickets?

Accessible seating (including wheelchair spaces and Companion Card bookings) is arranged through the ticketing partner or venue. The ticketing page for each show will include instructions or contact details for accessibility bookings where available.

02

What accessibility services are available at the venue?

Facilities such as ramps, lifts, accessible bathrooms, hearing assistance and accessible parking are managed by each venue. Please visit the venue’s website or contact them directly to confirm what’s in place for your show.

CONTACT

01

Who do I contact about my ticket order?

For anything related to your ticket purchase (billing issues, delivery, lost tickets, refunds), please contact the ticketing partner listed on your confirmation email and on the event page.

02
